- Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
- Cancellation and refund policies apply as per the booking terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and rooms. Designated smoking zones are available.
- Pets are not allowed unless specified in your booking or agreed by management.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss or damage of valuables.
- Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Use of resort facilities is subject to rules and timings as displayed or communicated by staff.
- Mayans Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior, violation of rules, or illegal activities.
- All disputes are subject to Kanakapura jurisdiction.
